TokenLinx
FAQ
What is TokenLinx?
TokenLinx is an AI real estate transaction management platform that links all parties, documents, communications, and service orders to a single property address within the TokenLinx Transaction Ecosystem. It serves as the single source of truth for a real estate transaction from contract to close.
Every document on the platform is part of a transaction or service order, each associated with a property address and governed by permissions. Documents can also be posted directly to a property for archive and reference, also with permissions, giving organizations a flexible and organized way to manage property level records over time.
The platform is built primarily for agents, brokers, brokerages, and transaction coordinators, with title companies, surveyors, home inspectors, tax certificate providers, and other service organizations participating as providers within the ecosystem.
What problem does TokenLinx solve?
Real estate transactions involve many moving parts across many organizations. Agents, TCs, title companies, inspectors, and service providers are often coordinating across separate email threads, phone calls, and disconnected portals with no shared record.
TokenLinx resolves that by anchoring everything to a property address. Every document, communication, task, key date, transaction, and service order lives in one place, and every party works from the same version of the truth.
Is TokenLinx a replacement for how I currently work?
No. TokenLinx is designed to work alongside your existing processes. Where state provided forms are available, built in forms are included on the platform. Agents and brokers can also upload the forms and documents they already use into a private library for reference or for adding directly to transactions. You keep the workflows and tools you rely on.
What TokenLinx adds is the connective layer. Every document becomes part of a transaction or order, every transaction and order is tied to a property address, and access to all of it is governed by permissions. If you need built in eSignature capabilities, those are available as well. But none of it requires you to rebuild how you work from scratch.
Where is TokenLinx available?
TokenLinx is currently available in Texas and Colorado, with expansion to additional states planned.
Does TokenLinx have anything to do with cryptocurrency or blockchain investing?
No. TokenLinx is a real estate transaction management platform. It does not tokenize properties, offer cryptocurrency investments, or fractionalize real estate in any form. The name reflects the platform's core function: linking real estate stakeholders, documents, and communications to a property record within the TokenLinx Transaction Ecosystem.
Blockchain technology is used behind the scenes to provide a tamper resistant audit trail of document history and transaction activity. Users do not need any knowledge of blockchain to use the platform. It operates entirely in the background.
Does TokenLinx create or manage MLS listings?
No. TokenLinx does not create or manage MLS listings.
For Agents, Brokers, Brokerages, and Transaction Coordinators
Why should agents and brokers use TokenLinx?
TokenLinx gives agents and brokers a single dashboard where every transaction is organized, every party is connected, and every document and communication is tied to a property address within the TokenLinx Transaction Ecosystem. Instead of managing deals across emails, texts, and scattered file folders, everything lives in one place with full visibility from contract to close.
Key benefits include:
-
A property anchored record for every transaction with permission-based access for all parties
-
Automated key date extraction so critical deadlines are never buried in a contract
-
Task templates tied to key dates, so nothing falls through the cracks
-
A private library for storing forms, documents, and compliance materials for reference or use in transactions
-
The ability to post documents directly to a property for archive and reference
-
Service ordering directly from within a transaction
-
The AI Task Companion (AITC) for fast, conversational access to what matters in a deal
-
Built in forms where provided by the state, and eSignature tools when needed
How does TokenLinx support transaction coordinators?
Transaction coordinators have a dedicated role within the TokenLinx Transaction Ecosystem with their own permissions and dashboard. TCs can connect laterally to agents and within a broker's organization, giving them the right access at the right level without disrupting the agent relationship.
For TCs managing multiple active transactions, the platform provides portfolio level visibility across their entire workload. Combined with AITC, TCs can surface what needs attention and stay ahead of key dates without opening every file individually.
How does TokenLinx support brokerages and teams?
Brokerages and teams benefit from standardized workflows, consistent document organization, and a shared record that every authorized member can access. Broker level oversight is built into the permission structure, giving brokers visibility across transactions without disrupting the agent or TC working the deal.
The private forms and compliance library means every agent on the team works from the same reference materials, reducing errors and keeping the brokerage aligned on process and documentation standards.
AI Task Companion (AITC)
What is AITC?
AITC is the AI Task Companion built directly into each transaction within the TokenLinx Transaction Ecosystem. It is a conversational AI interface that lets agents, TCs, and brokers ask plain language questions and get answers drawn from the actual data and documents in that transaction. No digging through files. No chasing status updates. Just ask.
What can AITC do?
AITC works with the structured data and documents inside each transaction to help users move faster and stay informed:
-
Surface key dates and deadlines extracted from the contract
-
Answer questions about task status and outstanding items
-
Answer questions about the documents within a transaction
-
Flag items that need attention when a transaction is opened
-
Suggest next steps based on where the transaction currently stands
-
Provide agents and brokers with a portfolio level view across multiple active transactions
Is AITC making decisions for me?
No. AITC is a tool, not an autopilot. Every output is best effort and intended to be reviewed by the user. The platform surfaces information and you decide what to do with it. The agent, TC, or broker remains in control at every decision point.
This design is intentional. Real estate transactions involve judgment calls that require a human in the loop. AITC is built to support that judgment, not replace it.
How is AITC evolving?
As the user base grows, we listen. The goal is always to implement features that give the most impact with the least disruption to existing workflows. With the pace of AI model advancements, the best is yet to come.
For Title Companies, Surveyors, Inspectors, and Tax Certificate Providers
How do service organizations join the TokenLinx Transaction Ecosystem?
Organizations can register directly on the platform or be invited to join by another organization already participating in the ecosystem. Once on the platform, organizations can be marked as preferred by others they work with, making them more visible to agents, TCs, and title companies initiating orders.
Visibility within the ecosystem is also earned through activity. The more transactions, orders, and document uploads an organization participates in, the higher they appear in the list when others are searching for service providers. Consistent participation builds a track record that works in your favor.
Why should title companies use TokenLinx?
Title companies receive their orders through the platform in a clean, consistent manner and deliver their final documents to the parties of the order through a secure, permission-controlled environment. Coordination with the agent, TC, and all other parties happens within a single transaction dashboard, reducing the back and forth that comes from managing deals across email and separate portals. All activity is logged, giving title companies a clear and reliable record of what was shared, when, and with whom.
Why should surveyors, home inspectors, and tax certificate providers use TokenLinx?
These organizations receive their orders through the platform in a clean, consistent manner and deliver completed work and documents back to the parties of the order through a secure environment. All documents generated are stored to the property record within the TokenLinx Transaction Ecosystem, making them easy to retrieve by any authorized party when needed.
Security and Data Management
How does TokenLinx protect sensitive information?
TokenLinx uses AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and in transit. The platform runs on Google Cloud Platform, which provides enterprise grade security and infrastructure. Regular audits are conducted to maintain compliance with industry data security standards.
Who can access my organization's data?
Access within the TokenLinx Transaction Ecosystem is permission based at three levels: the organization, the transaction, and the order. Documents posted directly to a property for archive and reference are also governed by permissions. This structure ensures that every party sees exactly what they need to and nothing more. A full audit trail of all data access and modifications is maintained for complete transparency.
What is the blockchain audit trail?
Every document interaction, workflow action, and transaction milestone is recorded on a blockchain-backed audit trail. This creates a tamper resistant, permanent record of what happened, when it happened, and who was involved. For buyers and sellers, this includes a permanent blockchain verified digital record of their closing documents.
Users do not need any knowledge of blockchain to benefit from this. It operates entirely behind the scenes.
Pricing and Support
How is TokenLinx priced?
TokenLinx operates on a subscription model with monthly and annual options. Subscription fees and transaction fees are captured through the platform. For service orders, payments may be configured to process through the platform or handled outside the platform depending on how your organization prefers to work.
Freemium plans are available and require a credit card for validation and for transaction fees when applicable, based on your organization type and subscription level. Discounts are available for larger organizations with high transaction volumes. There are no hidden fees.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Plans can be adjusted at any time to reflect your organization's evolving needs.
What kind of support does TokenLinx provide?
Support is available by phone, virtual meeting, and email during regular business hours. New users have access to onboarding resources including tutorials, user guides, and live setup assistance.
